Welcome to the Maryvale Community Website
Maryvale is in sunny Queensland, Australia. The Maryvale Valley runs from the mountains of the Main Range National park, part of the Great Dividing Range. Cunninghams Gap is on the Cunningham Highway, and marks the transition from the eastern seaboard, to the Darling Downs and the Granite belt. Maryvale is just 15 minutes down the highway from Cunningham's Gap, and 25 minutes further on you will get to Warwick, the growing centre of the Southern Downs region.
As well as Maryvale, the valley covers several other small townships, including Tregony, Gladfield, Goomburra, Clintonvale and Freestone.
The historic Maryvale Hotel, easily found from the highway by following the signs, is a central gathering point for citizens in the area. The Township also has a community hall, where residents gather for local activities, the Maryvale State School, our local Prep - Year 7 school, and several small businesses offering services to the local and wider community.
